This is a benefit given to employees for an accumulation of savings, which will become accessible upon retirement. The group pension consists of payments from the employee’s salary, which is matched by the company. The minimum issue age is 18 and the maximum issue age is 55 for retirement at age 60 and 60 for retirement at 65.This benefit takes effect at retirement.
